Home

Those first few days after coming back from a race just seem to creep by. After a great week in Utah, with the adrenaline still running, I got back home late Sunday night. The next day, I woke up all fired up to go ride. I was ready to race again, but I needed to go for an hour and a half recovery ride instead. Boring! Anyway, I got over it, and am back in the swing of things at home. Yesterday, we got a group together for Health Net vs. Garmin Lee Hill throw down ride. It was a solid day of training and kept things fun too. Look out for Tommy D. He walked away with the King of Lee Hill crown. Next up are the US Pro Championships in Greenville, but first a few more days here in Boulder, which suddenly got way more crowded with the student migration nearing its peak. We now have beer pong tournaments going on on either side of our building. Grrreat! However, classes start tomorrow. Woohoo!

A win!!

My roomate and I are 2 for 2 so far in Utah. A fantastic start and things are looking good for the next 3 stages. This evening is a short 60 minute crit in downtown salt lake city. We have a little extra motivation coming from a bad call by the officials, giving Jason a 20 second time penalty yesterday. Our focus is already moving to tomorrow's stage to Snowbird. We rode the climb this morning and its steeper than I remember. Its definitely going to be decisicive. Check out my post on the Slipstream website for a recap of yesterday.
