Limbo

Not sure what's coming up. Hopefully the season isn't done yet, as I'm sitting on some good form and chomping at the bit to race. However, Tour of Missouri is pretty much the last race for us in the US. There isn't much to do except train hard and wait to see.

RR Nats

An unbelievably tough race again this year. A little more tactical with a larger group left in the race over the last climb. I felt better that day than I've felt all year, and the PowerTap file confirms it. Danny came in a fine 5th place and while we may have been hoping for more, we gave it everything against a stacked field. This is seriously my favorite US road race and I hope the championships are back next year with an extra lap up Paris Mountain.

1 day to go

Today was fun to see the team kill it in the TT. Danny came within a second from winning and Timmy finished an incredible 3rd place. Congrats to both! The rest of us went for an easy spin around Paris mountain without actually having to climb up the hill. We'll get plenty of that in the race. There's a good feeling around the team and we're all buzzing with excitement for tomorrow. The plush accommodations here at the Greenville Hyatt have been perfect for relaxing after the rides. No complaints here. Oh... except for the people who stole (helped themselves) to the food that was sitting out for us after our training ride. However, to their credit, they gave us 4 plastic spoons back when we noticed the box of 100 was missing. All it took was a knock on the door and a please.
